Before joining our company, I spent over a decade working in technical and consulting environments supporting enterprise clients across Microsoft technologies. As PMO Manager, I focus on ensuring that our consulting engagements are structured, aligned, and executed consistently. This includes establishing clear expectations, improving processes, and maintaining accountability across delivery teams. By bringing discipline and visibility into how work is managed, I help ensure clients receive predictable, high-quality outcomes.
Can you describe a memorable experience while troubleshooting problems regarding Microsoft services?
One of the most impactful situations I’ve been part of involved a client facing multiple overlapping issues across their environment. The challenge was not just technical, but coordination across teams. By helping organize the effort, align the right resources, and create clear communication with stakeholders, we were able to isolate the root causes and move the client toward a stable and well-defined path forward. It reinforced how critical structure and alignment are in complex environments.
What are your preferred strategies to support the timely and efficient resolution of client issues, especially with complex Microsoft products like Azure and Office 365?
I focus on clarity, alignment, and execution. That means defining the problem clearly upfront, ensuring the right technical expertise is engaged early, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the engagement. When teams are aligned and expectations are clear, resolution becomes much more efficient.
What is your best piece of advice to give to a client seeking proactive Microsoft consulting services?
Start with a clear understanding of your desired outcomes. Whether it’s optimization, risk reduction, or planning for the future, defining success early allows us to align the right approach and resources. The more clarity we have upfront, the more impactful the engagement will be.
