Before Parex, what is your experience with helping businesses resolve issues across the full suite of Microsoft products and services?

Michael Brevard

I spent twenty-five years at Microsoft helping customers make the most of their Microsoft Technology investments.  From ideation to address a business challenge, through solution contracting and into deployment and support.  I have always love solving business pain and helping businesses grow through technology.

How does your role as a Vice President of Consulting Services impact client success?

Michael Brevard

In my current role I partner with our consultants to put customers first and delight them with every experience they have with us.  We aim to address their needs, quickly but with quality and guide them on their technology journey.

Can you describe a memorable experience while troubleshooting problems regarding Microsoft services? / Can you share a recent example of a challenging issue you resolved for a client and how you approached it?

I recently partnered with a large package shipping company to address some if their security needs, including a full deployment for Defender for Cloud (DfC).  The solution added a layer of security across all their endpoint devices, improving their security posture and decreasing down-time due to security incidents.

What are your preferred strategies to support the timely and efficient resolution of client issues, especially with complex Microsoft products like Azure and Office 365?

Michael Brevard

I like to work quickly to get the right people collaborating between us and the customers to get those closest to the problem collaborating to resolution.  I work hard to remove inefficiency from the process, cut through any “red tape” and get the customer’s needs addressed as quickly as possible.
